My partner and I stayed at Suites Avenue for 2 weeks and it exceeded our expectations. The interior and exterior design had a lot of taste and the staff, especially Raul, were welcoming and experienced. We loved the wonderful view of Passeig de Gracia and the location was unbeatable. The comfortable bed with plenty of soft pillows made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a great plus, as we could dine in and enjoy a Nespresso coffee. It was also a bonus that they accept dogs. We loved it so much that we extended our stay 3 times!

Excellent location, new apartment, stunning and gorgeous room with view on the pedrera. I was satisfied with both 1 double bed and 1 single bed and wake-up service available.
It had very wet bathroom.

New apartment, clean and so close to Barcelona, a main station and the main shopping street. I liked the location of the property, central. Attentive staff, and delightfully helpful as well. I could use wake up service and ironing without charge. The room was gorgeous, spotless with the conveniences of an apartment, had fast wi-fi.

Marvellous location and new-fashioned rooms, I loved this new apartment. Good service, good facilities. Had exceptionally comfortable bed and wake-up service available. Bathroom was reasonably spacious, offered a shower, hairdryers and towels🙂

The property is fairly clean and new, I liked its very good location and staff. The location of the accommodation is favourable, in a cab. And it is minute walk from restaurants.
